Beautiful. I was driving under the High Line the other day. Have you heard the new sound installation called "Bells" (I think)? It's supposed to be quite gorgeous.
I did hear the new "Bell" installation. At first I was wondering why the sound was coming out of a speaker and not an actual bell. But every minute, a different recorded bell sound from all around the city is played. I would've stayed the hour to hear it all.
