I really like this. Where did you take it? Whats the story behind it?

When you walk down 8th Street in downtown NYC and pass 3rd Avenue, you enter the East Village and the street name changes to St. Mark's Place.

Some of the lamp post along the way are covered with shards to create these wonderfully eclectic mosaics created by Jim "Mosaic Man" Powers.
